Physical examination on admission:

• GC fair, temperature 38.60C
• Body weight 11.2 kg (10%) and body height 84cm (10%)
• Slightly irritable and was held by mother at the bedside
• Fully conscious
• SpO2 92% while breathing in room air
• Respiratory rate 40/minute
• Heart rate 110/minute
• Chest - mild subcostal insucking+ decreased air entry on both sides with diffuse wheezes
• ENT – mildly congested throat, ears waxed
• CVS - pulse of normal volume, heart sound normal, no murmur detected
• Abdomen / CNS – NAD
