Client Service Receipt Inventory - RAre disease (CSRI-Ra)

Description:

The Client Service Receipt Inventory (CSRI) is a comprehensive research tool developed in the mid-1980s to collect information on the whole range of services and supports study participants may use.  From this individual level data, we can create an aggregate picture for the study population. This data can be used for a wide range of applications, including estimating the costs of service receipt. The CSRI has been used in over 700 studies, including international research.

The Client Service Receipt Inventory -RAre disease (CSRI-Ra) is a modified version of the CSRI developed by Claudia Chung, Brian Chung, So Lun Lee, and Martin Knapp from the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, The University of Hong Kong, and the Care Policy and Evaluation Centre, Department of Health Policy, London School of Economics and Political Science, which specifically targets the rare disease population in Hong Kong. It includes five key sections: Background information, Household and carer support, Healthcare service and resource utilisation, Community Support, and Education and Employment. It is available in both patient's (self-complete) version and carer's (proxy-complete) version, and is available in English and Traditional Chinese.
